All information entered is correct and truthful at time of purchase. Please ensure your delivery details are precise and correct. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect details or return items as a result of incorrect entry, or failure to collect items from Australia Post. If  returned, you will be contacted and items will incur new delivery charges before being resent.
All items are for private use and not authorised for secondary or resale.
We are obliged to detect and pass on fraudulent attempts to the appropriate authorities.

Our Friends receive a 10% discount on all products. Contact us via shop@northsite.org.au or via phone with your membership details to receive the discount code to be applied at checkout. Members receive 10% discount on all products* excludes NGV editions. Not applicable with other offers.

 

AVAILABILITY

The NorthSite Store Online is linked to our real-world store and galleries. Our aim is to keep all stock records up to date but sometimes you may just miss out to another customer in-store or online.

Most of the artworks and objects of craft and design that we stock are unique but, should you have missed something you would really like, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll see if we can find something similar or organise a commission through the artist for you.

Similarly, sometimes we can take orders for limited edition prints that are out of stock, just contact us and we will let you know when more prints from the edition are available.

Works of art, craft and design from our shop will be shipped between Tuesday and Friday, yet works of art from our current exhibitions will not be available to freight until the close of the exhibition. A full payment is required to secure exhibition works.

ARTWORK CONSULTANCY AND CONCIERGE 

Call us and we'll help find what you are looking for, or arrange a special storeroom viewing via digital ways or in person. We place are in public and private collections.
