Grace Rosendale 'Our Traditional Ways', 2020, 60cm x 80cm, acrylic on plywood (framed)
"My painting is about our traditional hunting practice. The turtle is very important to us Bama. We want to carry on our traditions. The turtle eats jellyfish and seagrass. They are important in the ocean ecosystem. We need to look after our country so that future generations can continue our cultural practices."
