Materials: titanium, responsibly sourced sterling silver, responsibly sourced 14kt gold, ethically sourced 1.95ct (3.9ct combined) Brazilian garnets, cultured freshwater pearls.

Inspiration: diatoms are photosynthetic microorganisms which produce up to half of the world’s oxygen. The shells of some species of diatoms are almost crystalline in appearance, with sharp geometric shapes that are stunningly complex.

Additional information: the titanium used in these earrings was coloured using heat rather than the traditional anodising technique, which is more difficult to control and creates varied colours as the heat forces titanium to oxidise (resulting in the colours you see).

Care Instruction: clean with warm water and soap (we recommend using an old toothbrush), do not use harsh chemicals, do not use ultrasonic cleaners on pearls.
