"The Loloho beach was an area taken from Rorovana landowners and used by Bougainville Copper Limited as the main port. Whilst the mine was in operation the power station, the filter drier and concrete storage shed where all located in this peaceful landscape. Later the Loloho port facility was used as the Headquarters for the Peace Monitoring group (PMG)."
