"Dance is a beautiful way to conjure, to relax, to feel into forms and formless. There is a beautiful stillness when one stops and closes the eyes. The movement goes in internal. I drank the aromatic water of the red rose. The shaman has danced, channelling and conjuring an array of spirit beings, found in the stillness of meditation. This is far from the mind and another world lays on the other side of a veil. When your there its like a kiss, your heart softens."
