"Beautiful Exit is a hand-printed artist book, meticulously crafted using an intuitive selection of linocut prints. Drawing inspiration from the natural environment of Far North Queensland, each page traverses an abstracted landscape. My practice delves into a deep curiosity for relief print processes and a technical fascination with inks and paper. These pages represent hours of printing, each moment spent in anticipation of pulling the perfect print. The threshold of my work is the final act of the paper leaving the block, revealing what I always hope to be a small work of magic."
