"Over the years I have captured many images of people, animals, plants, landscapes, sunrises and sunsets. This is half of an image that I captured at the Mutton Hole Wetlands at Normanton. As the Korrakorr walked through the water, there wasn’t the slightest movement or splash as its’ foot entered and exited the water. The original image showed the karrakorr’s reflection on the water as I continually clicked and captured it on camera. I’m honouring my Great Grandmother Maude, whose totem was the Korrakorr and her Kurtijar language word for brolga."
